Accenture is looking for a highly motivated Product Lifecycle Management Team Lead to support product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and processes of our clients hardware teams and its external vendors. Managing the PLM team will require a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of tools and processes, a focus on growing and developing the skills and talents of the team, a relentless drive to focus on high value projects and to prioritize ruthlessly. The Team Lead will need to be able to operate at scale and adapt to clients' dynamic needs in the PLM space. This role will work collaboratively with cross functional team members to deliver significant results. The Team Lead is a key interface to cross functional organizations like engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, compliance and IT.

Role Responsibilities
Leads the team to ensure balanced resource allocation, Task MCO ECO PCN SLAs are being met and mitigate any issues
Works with PLM Lead, who provides strategic input for execution
Develops and delivers monthly metric reports indicating cycle time and end to end processing
Recruits, interviews and manages training to onboard new team members
Documents PLM business processes used for release, approval and management of part numbers as well as BOMs, changes and associated documentation
Participates in the ongoing assessment and optimization of PLM processes, systems, tools and data
Participates in biweekly check-ins between managed service and FTE PLM Lead to ensure continuity
Troubleshooting tactical issues from downstream tools
Performs deep dives into cross-functional participation including mass cleanup efforts, process change, coordination and adherence
Works with IT Business Applications BizApps on applicable assignments
Manages and maintains ECO Approval Workflow and coordinates implementation with BizApps
Participates in work instruction writing and updates

Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management
Minimum of 1 year experience with Oracle Agile PLM Tool
Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
High tech industry experience
Experience with PDM and PLM applications
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and processes
Working knowledge of product structure and processes
Understanding of product design for servers and/or consumer goods
