Our Solution

Demyst is an External Enterprise Data Platform, used by major US and APAC financial institutions to better discover, test, and deploy third party data solutions. Leading banks and insurers leverage our platform to find and test new data to incorporate into decision processes across the customer lifecycle

To mobilize this universe of data to help unlock access to financial services for millions of customers around the world. DemystData has developed a next generation data access platform that helps tier-1 banking and insurance customers discover, access and productionalize 3rd party datasets

The Challenge

The Professional Services Resource Manager is a member of the Customer Success team who ensures the successful deployment, development, and engagement of consulting resources within the customer success post-sales implementation team. This role manages and leads individuals or teams to ensure the successful and time bound implementation of customer success plans adhering to quality and cost measures. This role is responsible for managing profit/loss, average billing through delivery of customer work and projects, and labor allocation with respect to utilization, effectiveness, and time spend.


We are seeking a candidate who has held a role as a practice manager for 3+ years at a top tier consulting firm and has experience managing data analytics consulting projects!


Location: New York, New York

  • Experience managing projects, overseeing delivery teams, interacting with executives, running steering committee meetings, managing through use of PM tools are essential.
  • Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability.
  • Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.
  • Effectiveness driven around utilization, quality, education levels, practice design
  • Develops plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieves business plan.
  • Is accountable for managing and growing a revenue stream and customer base

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of experience in a top tier consulting firm as a Practice Manager
  • Familiarity with Information Technology, Analytics, and / or Data Access OR Data Streaming practices
  • Client centric, process and results driven, collaborative
  • Strong participative and situational leadership competencies
