The Quality Associate performs complex and technological quality inspections on paper and electronic reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for performing complex and technological quality inspections
Maintain workflow and established SOPs and SLAs
Execute complex investigative and quality control activities regarding workflow and system processing
Support quality assurance area
Operate kitting equipment and assist with preparation of kits assembled for packing area
Support the processing of score reports, tickets, rosters, and work requisitions within the Ipack area
Operate bursting, folding, and insertion equipment in mass mail
Set up, run, and maintain the different machines
Assist and support with processing equipment during peak processing-2nd/3rd shift if needed
Provide basic support for equipment

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment

Preferred Qualifications
Proven basic math skills at the high school level
Experience driving power operated material handling equipment or ability to be trained within 60 days to drive designated material handling equipment
Ability to lift 30 pound boxes
