Quality Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineering Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:





+ Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing modules.


+ Develop, design, and maintain test automation solutions leveraging industry tools to support client strategies.


+ Manage end-to-end testing, regression, and backward compatibility validation to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.


+ Maintain applications according to SLAs.


+ Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.


+ Understand strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals.


+ Seek guidance when determining testing solutions on new assignments, and develop skills needed to execute responsibilities.


+ Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.





BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.




Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:



+ Creating and managing test strategies for Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications; and


+ Performing test planning, designing, and execution for reporting of status.





Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:



+ Performing test automation using Selenium, and other automation tools;


+ Participating and contributing in work sessions for requirements gathering, software design and development, work flow integration, and testing approach;


+ Utilizing Agile continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) tools, including JIRA, Jenkins, or Confluence;


+ Generating and maintaining optimized regression test suites, and leading optimization efforts;


+ Participating in defect review meetings and providing detailed information on issues to development, business, and client teams; and


+ Working with offshore teams and managing deliveries in distributed environment.





Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
