Job Description



Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a clients office or in one of Accentures 50 delivery centers around the world.



The Intelligent Citizen Care Reporting Senior Analyst will leverage their reporting experience to deliver performance optimization and continuous improvement on the client project while assessing and mitigating risks that could impact success and client delight. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of call center operations, customer service and project management.



Key Responsibilities





+ Visualize and analyze the data independently using Microsoft Power BI and report out to management



+ Create visuals in a meaningful/story oriented way



+ Execute planned and adhoc data/visualizations requests with minimum turnaround time



+ Reporting activities: performs vlookups, create pivot tables, apply conditional formatting etc in Excel to execute on ad hoc reporting requests



+ Support process improvement efforts using quality methodologies and principles



+ Provide input for weekly and/or monthly reports and review meetings





Role Requirement: Must be available for work Saturday or Sunday as well as business hours between 8AM-5PM ET and 7AM-4PM CT time zones.



This is a remote role, however you must live within 100 miles of an Accenture Corporate office location. Preferred locations: TX, TN, MD/DC, KS, MI





Basic Qualifications:





+ Minimum of 1 year of reporting experience using Microsoft Power BI to analyze data and create new reports





Preferred Qualifications





+ Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel; performed x/vlookups, create pivot tables, apply conditional formatting etc



+ Experience with uploading/manipulating data in power query



+ Experience with PowerPoint and Word



+ Associates degree or higher



+ Previous experience in a call center environment



+ R or Python scripting language skills



+ Previous work experience Microsoft Teams, Outlook both desktop and web applications



+ Experience using Sharepoint
