S&PP Change Management and Training Manager

Job Description



This change management & training professional will work on the priority initiatives within the Sales & Pricing Performance Corporate Function. This professional will own and/or contribute to transformation change management programs within Sales & Pricing Performance and help drive change management and training initiatives within our Accenture sales priorities supporting our leadership and teams (client and deal teams).



Change Management resources will own and support the change strategies, enablement and ongoing engagement of important initiatives that help Sale & Pricing Performance as well as our Selling at Accenture audience. This manager will own 1-3 key projects and be able to deliver end-to-end change management offerings (includes process and tools) within our S&PP services helping to enable our 14 services (https://in.accenture.com/salespricingperformance/howwework/) and their successful delivery. This means ensuring change and adoption for the internal teams supporting the services as well as the leaders, practitioners and sales teams who use the service.



The change team will ultimately help drive S&PPs Center of Excellence and enable S&PP to deliver best in class sales and deal support.



Change Management professionals provide knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change; likewise, expertly execute key deliverables related to content, engagement, and enablement for change initiatives.



You will be exposed to various types of projects. Youll be responsible for gathering data, analyzing problems, discovering insights, formulating hypotheses, delivering recommendations, and driving the changes for the Sales & Pricing Performance team which will include activities such as creating content for various audiences, providing training and other enablement and creative engagement activities. Projects will support our S&PP team, our services (processes), and/or the leaders and teams we support including special initiatives for our sales leadership.



You will be helping to drive transformation and change within our Sales & Pricing team, services and for our Selling at Accenture audience.

Primary responsibilities include:





+ Owning and/or contributing to change management initiatives within Sales & Pricing Performance priorities.



+ This includes (but is not inclusive of all) the following type of deliverables- Change strategies, content development related to change program, training assets (including delivery or training), videos, job aids, adoption communication campaigns, workshop design and delivery, user research and discovery, etc.



+ Team member will be expected to



+ Work independently with minimal supervision



+ Be an individual contributor with ability to balance multiple competing priorities with guidance



+ Help create and execute medium to complex workplans



+ Interact confidently with senior leadership within sphere of responsibility



+ Demonstrate knowledge of supporting tools and processes, with expertise in specific area of responsibility







+ Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.



+ Interaction is with peers within Accenture and some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management.





Role Requirements





+ Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area



+ Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs



+ Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines



+ May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally

Basic Qualifications:





+ Bachelors degree



+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in change management or services within the change management offerings (Accenture or external processes)





Preferred Qualifications:





+ Business Management education desirable



+ Owned and driven change management initiatives either end to end or key services



+ Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven environment with strong attention to detail



+ Strong presentation skills and executive presence.



+ Sales, sales enablement related background



+ Marketing/Communications related experience



+ Training related experience



+ Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), particularly skilled in PowerPoint presentations



+ Knowledge of engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools a plus (community, reporting, survey, others)





Professional Skills:





+ English language fluency (oral and written)



+ Expert written and oral communication skills



+ Excellent grammar and proofreading skills



+ Strong time management and ability to work under pressure



+ Ability to effectively communicate with senior management



+ Excellent oral and written communications skills in English this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude



+ Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quickly



+ Ability to work virtually with diverse individuals



+ Excellent teaming, team building, collaboration, and facilitation skills



+ Excellent organizational / time management / data management skills



+ Analytical skills; collects, researches, and interprets data



+ Highly proficient in following and applying processes, quickly learning Accenture Sales processes and being able to recognize and apply them (previous familiarity preferred)



+ Excellent accuracy and attention to detail



+ Prioritizes and plans work activities with a high degree of personal organization and the ability to supervise/coach/mentor these skills in others



+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian



+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
