People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Sales Enablement professionals support sales on a dedicated basis, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure, and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes.

The Tech Sales Enablement Associate Manager work with the sales team to ensure Accenture tells a compelling story in our sales messaging. Understand our clients and buyers, and being able to create consistent channel that sell Accenture's POV. They act as bid managers or proposal developers designing a comprehensive strategy. They operate efficiently and effectively to enable the origination/closure of sales and improve sales performance and growth. They will train others how to recalibrate on customer experience.

Job Description

+ Support client consulting teams through in depth knowledge of the Future Talent Platform (FTP) by providing functional and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and implementation phase.

+ Represent expertise with the software solution and assist in moving opportunities from qualification through deal closure and implementation go live.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of the customer s industry, business and talent priorities challenges

+ Develop trusted relationships with the client stakeholders through broad technology industry experience and knowledge

+ Be perceived by the customer as being both customer centric and solutions oriented

+ Showcase the value clients will derive from the use of Accenture s Future Talent Platform Financial targets

+ Directly assist sales client teams in achieving or exceeding the stated financial targets

+ Assist sales in accurately assessing, qualifying and forecasting opportunities Technology pre sales support

+ Understand the customers context, drivers, goals, buying process and selection criteria

+ Support the sales consulting teams as the key FTP subject matter expert to determine how the product can be integrated into the client s ecosystem

+ Understand client requirements and work with Solution Architects to define broad contours of a solution blueprint, and tests alignment of the blueprint with client buyer values

+ Conduct FTP demos and share the Accenture Learning Boards story to inspire clients

+ Persuasively communicate Accenture s capabilities, vision and roadmap for the product o Create responses to RFx from client

+ Shape competitive messaging in the proposal, ensure solution value drivers are reflected, and ensure proposal terminology and tone are compatible with client culture

+ Collaborate with Delivery Lead and Solution Architects to ensure delivery capability matches the proposed solution

Basic qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3+ years Cloud SaaS solutions

+ Minimum of 3+ years Project Management

+ Minimum of 3+ years Presales

+ Minimum of 3+ years Stakeholder Client Management
