Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

This Role:

The Sales Pursuit Marketing Senior Manager be responsible for creating the marketing strategy and differentiated messaging for multiple, complex sales opportunities across clients in Europe. This individual will work closely with stakeholders in sales and industry to identify Accentures competitive positioning, win themes, and overarching messaging for both sole source opportunities and RFP responses. This individual will excel at storytelling; taking complex business solutions and developing easy-to-understand stories that showcase the clients business challenge and Accentures capabilities in simple and relatable language.

This individual will also lead a team of pursuit marketers across Europe and manage workflow, prioritization, and quality of this portfolio of work.

Responsibilities include:

+ Lead a specialized capability or function across the global pursuit marketing team

+ Design deal-specific Marketing strategy and tactics to provide bid support, infusing innovation, industry and functional expertise

+ Facilitate messaging sessions with sales team

+ Take the complex and make it simple, creating client-focused messages that drive differentiation

+ Create compelling stories that bring together the clients challenge, industry context, Accenture recommendation, and client value proposition into an easily understood and memorable narration

+ Position Accenture in the New and develop/implement creative ways to tell the Accenture story

+ Track, manage, and collaborate with internal and external agency partners to deliver

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ Work Experience:Education: Bachelors degree

+ Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years integrated marketing or Account Based marketing experience.

+ Masters degree

+ B2B Marketing

+ Program/Project Management experience

+ Proven experience in storytelling

+ Proven experience in Marketing strategy development and planning

+ Proven experience in message and sales campaign development

+ Strong written, content development and oral communication skills

+ Ability to develop and apply creative and innovative solutions to complex issues
