The H&PS Sales Center of Excellence team is the engine behind driving the growth of Health and Public Sector business. We support the H&PS Sales teams in CoE-supported pursuits.

What You Will Do:

The H&PS Sales: Workplan SME is the owner of our sales response strategy for content related to Workplanning for Public Sector Project Delivery. They will provide pre-sale technical support for opportunities supported by the H&PS Sales Center of Excellence team. The Sales Engineer will support Domain Sales Managers and Proposal Managers to architect, propose, present, and finalize the needed Workplan components for our solutions.


+ Maintain a high level of up-to-date sales and technical knowledge of Accenture's approach for Project Management and Work planning

+ Provide experience and insights for work planning specifically for the Public Sector industry

+ Research and incorporate client and industry insights within sales content

+ Develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate information, and ensure content and branding aligns with corporate style and conventions.

+ Develop and maintain graphics that are visually engaging and highly usable.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Delivery Teams, Sales Originators, Domain Teams, and Proposal Management, to create, review, and complete sales content.

What You Need:

+ 4+ years of experience, preferably in the public sector marketplace, across sales, solutioning and/or delivering information technology, consulting, or IT product implementation service

+ 2+ Years experience in Project Delivery Work Planning

+ 2+ years using Microsoft Project for developing and/or managing a Workplan

+ Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills

+ Strong team player, willing to collaborate for best results across multiple teams

+ Well organized with strong program management skills and an ability to manage multiple work streams, programs and teams simultaneously
