As a Salesforce Functional Consultant in our Customer Insights & Growth Management Consulting practice, youll often be working with your team lead to solve key technology strategy challenges of clients by enabling Sales, Commercial Trade Promotion Management, Marketing Customer Service transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment enabled via Salesforce platform.

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, youll often be:

+ Being involved in a functional capacity to help with the design and implementation of Sales, Commercial, Marketing Customer Service solutions developed on Salesforce.

+ Being involved in the process and technology assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities in the current state of our clients and how these can be addressed through Salesforce.com cloud offerings, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Einstein Analytics building and applying industry and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

+ Building and applying industry and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

+ Developing, utilizing and sharing your skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance

+ Working with your team lead in the design and implementation of seamless and enriched end to end customer service experiences

+ Working with your team lead in designing and implementing customer loyalty retention programs, smart service, and marketing traffic generation

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing services, business process, or management consulting experience

+ Minimum 1 year of functional Salesforce experience

+ Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Products clients (Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Industrial, Travel, Transportation, Life Sciences)

+ Scoping and delivering innovative transformation services

+ Application of Design Thinking as an approach to solving client problems

+ Multiple delivery methodologies operating models that support Sales Customer service transformation

+ Enterprise integration solutions and offerings

+ Delivering an excellent Omni-Channel experience for customers

+ Passion for technology trends e.g. Internet of Things, Mobility, Cloud Integration, Analytics

+ Experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project Life-Cycle

+ An ability to work with your team lead to challenge a client thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view

+ Proven ability to work as a team player and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment

Professional Skill Requirements

+ Ability to travel up to 75% (potentially Monday Thursday with out of town clients)

+ An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner

+ Experience structuring activities that collectively contributes to a teams strengths and create opportunities for you to grow your experience and career

+ An appreciation and understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.

+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
