Your Role:


As a Management Consulting Manager in CI&G, your responsibilities could include:




+ Leading customer experience-led business transformation for a clients enterprise, impacting multiple functions


+ Advising clients on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry


+ Developing and maintaining relationships with key client decision makers and supporting business development efforts


+ Engaging with clients to design the future operating model and/or technology roadmap for their marketing and sales functions


+ Leading Design Thinking sessions as an approach to solving client and industry challenges


+ Managing delivery of project teams workplans, status reports, and all deliverables


+ Working on projects such as Customer Experience Optimization, Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns, Personalization, Contextualized Interactions, Trade Promotion, Commerce, Digital Content, and other initiatives that impact how companies market, sell and provide customer services

+ Self-motivated, independent individuals who have a desire to be client-facing and develop a career that involves being at the forefront in communicating to C-suite individuals


+ Strong interpersonal, team building, and organizational skills with senior levels of an organization


+ High energy, self-motivation and the leadership to inspire and motivate others


+ Desire and ambition for new challenges and growth opportunities


+ Ability to travel to up to 75% to be on site with US based clients










Basic Qualifications:



+ Minimum 5 years of management
consulting experience, or a combination of management consulting and
industry experience


+ Minimum 2 years of experience
leading functional workstreams within a Salesforce program


+ Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing, or service experience focused on customer transformations


+ Bachelors Degree



Preferred
Qualifications:



+ An awareness of key methodologies,
approaches, competitive landscape and market trends in the Life Sciences, Retail,
Consumer Goods & Services, or Travel industries


+ Well-developed analytical
skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information


+ Experience working through
organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing
responsibilities, creativity, and innovation


+ Well-developed analytical
skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information


+ Advanced degree in area of
specialization such as business or marketing
