Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: Marketing Salesforce.com User Experience Manager

Seeking a dynamic, flexible team player to serve as a key member of the Central Salesforce Team. Requires solid marketing foundation and deep skills and expertise in CRM, Salesforce.com and related Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple and diverse initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and communications skills, both written and verbal.

The Central Salesforce Team is part of the Campaign Operations Group which rolls up to Marketings Delivery Excellence organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Play key role on team which manages Accentures Salesforce instance known internally as Manage mySales (MMS). Provide ongoing user support and direction to Industry, Geographic and Accenture Business Marketing teams to increase and solidify user adoption.
Analytics and reporting experience with a focus on analyzing data to provide customer insights.
Supporting the Central Salesforce Team Lead on the evolution of MMS, its roadmap, governance and special projects for leadership
Work closely with IT team in expanding / developing / testing new Salesforce functionality and integration with marketing applications.
Manage a shared services team responsible for Salesforce data management.
Serve as liaison for Accenture acquisitions migrating to Salesforce and ongoing data management.
Develop an innovative training curriculum and communication strategy to increase user sophistication

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or Business.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales or CRM experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly proficient in database marketing (CRM background) with Salesforce.com application experience.
Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis / reporting.
Strong general marketing background. Ability to navigate Accenture's organization.

Strong business acumen and strategic mind set.
Ability to team with marketing colleagues globally and internal IT team members.
Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve.
Strong project management skills with ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Quick self-starter with a proven record of success.
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
