You Are





A strong Salesforce Field Service Functional Architect with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. Youre not daunted by complex problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, and you are great at bringing out the best in team members.









The Work

+ Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions withclients

+ Understand client business process and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise , etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope andexpectations

+ Create and defend solution estimate andSOW

+ Incorporate past experiences, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple, potentialsolutions

+ Coordinate with Technical Architects/CTA's, integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical designrequirements

+ Provide recommendations on third-partyapplications

+ Manage expectations with clients, Accenture colleagues, as well as SFDC and other 3rd parties - i.e., be able to influence and guide towards successfuloutcomes

+ Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery.

+ Own the solution and provide architectural oversight of the solution throughout theproject

+ Provide guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configurationissues

+ Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with originalscope

+ Work with project team to develop and validate estimates to support any ChangeOrders

+ Participate in project status meetings, as requested by the Delivery Lead/Project Manager

+ Contribute to estimating and SOW templates for futurephases

+ Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.

+ Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.

+ Maintaining and coordinating communication with the customer throughout each project.

+ Mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com best practices.














For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.When/if travel resumes, travel for this roleis expected to be 50% or less. Heres What You Need

+ A m inimum of5yearsexperience working ontheSalesforce.complatform

+ A m inimum of 2 yearsexperiencein Salesforce Field Service (SFS)

+ A m inimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Functional Consultant and/orFunctionalArchitect.

+ A Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years workexperience)











Bonus Points If

+ You have a solid technical background, analytical, and problem- solving background

+ You have e xperience in migrating customers from click software to Salesforce Field Service (SFS)

+ You have e xperience in hands-on design, prototyping, configuration, testing and other implementation activities.

+ You have e xperience in scoping, planning, and presenting project plans.

+ You have experienceas a team member of successful software project implementations related to Service Cloud, or ServiceMax .

+ You have an a wareness of web, database, andobject-orientedsoftware technologies, and salesforce.com / force.com.

+ You have e xperience in a consulting organization.













As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 99,900 - $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
