You Are


A Salesforce Field Service Functional Lead with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, youve got the communication skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.




The Work

+ Perform hands-on solution design, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.

+ Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements.

+ Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and vendor to drive Field Service implementations.

+ Be recognized as a functional expert in the Field Service arena.

+ Communicate optimally with senior level client resources across product management, sales operations, pricing operations, legal, and order management.

+ Connect with external vendors and conduct joint solution review.

+ Conduct Solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, is aligned with vendor roadmaps and meets customers business requirements.

+ Guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution.

+ Provide mentorship and supervise developers.

+ Participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required.

+ Experience with multiple software delivery lifecycle methodologies such as - Waterfall, Agile.

+ Be conversant in broad range of technical topics including - integration, master data management, user experience.

+ Use experience with SAP, QAD, or Service Power integration a plus.

+ Become highly proficient in Field Service suite of products with a particular focus in ServiceMax.






For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.When/if travel resumes, travel for this roleis expected to be 50% or less. Heres What You Need

+ Minimum of 2 years experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Field Service.

+ Minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Functional Consultant.

+ Experience in Salesforce.com implementations.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)






Bonus Points If

+ You have cloud-based Field Service solutions specific experience

+ You have strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ You have experience in hands on design, prototyping, configurations, testing and other implementation activities.

+ You have experience in scoping, planning, and presenting project plans.

+ You have experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Service Cloud, Service Power or ServiceMax.

+ You have awareness of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies, and salesforce.com / force.com.

+ You have experience in a consulting organization.






As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $83,200 - $134,999 information on benefits offered is here.
