You Are



Someone who knows how to deliver, and nothing pleases you more than seeing a project go off without a hitch. But youre not just looking after the project internally, youre building positive relationships with clients along the way. Youre meeting their expectations and making sure the standard of work is in line with what we promised them. Its a lot of different people and processes to keep happy, but youve got the work ethic to stay on top of it all.




The Work (Role Responsibility)

+ Lead the Salesforce.com implementation phase: assess engagement performance, risks, issues and impact on solution and service delivery commitments.

+ Lead client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the values we are delivering support their expectations.

+ Create an integrated project plan that shows project achievements and dependencies across projects and use to rebalance work and lead changes across projects.

+ Lead business and functional requirements' definition, and prioritization/scoping of requirements.

+ Supervise and control the quality management process, conduct landmark reviews, implement process performance, and conduct continuous improvement and causal analysis activities.

+ Lead the program/projects financials, resource strategy and any contingency plan

+ Support pre-sales activities, like participating in sales calls and proposal development






For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. When/if travel resumes, travel for this role is expected to be 25% or less. Heres What You Need (Basic Qualifications)

+ At least 5 years of Financial Services Industry experience (as a consultant or in a line management function) with progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements

+ At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or advising to the industry.

+ At least 3 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement)

+ At least 4 years of consulting experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements (including solution architecture, storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scale computing environments, etc.).

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If you have an Associates Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years work experience






Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills)

+ You have experience of being responsible for multi-shore projects

+ You have certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms

+ You have a very good work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity).

+ You have demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 30 people.

+ You are customer oriented and great at building client relationships - Director to SVP level.

+ You have good communication and presentation skills






As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the s tate of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $132,700 to $197,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
