The Work

+ Lead a team of Tech Archs focused on driving optimized solutions for our Life Sciences clients leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud

+ Collaborate with the functional team to figure out the best way to implement a solution (which could involve decisions around declarative vs. programmatic vs. App Exchange, etc.)

+ Handle technical issues brought to you by less experienced teams

+ Serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components for Life Sciences

+ Lead team members and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, periodic feedback, annual reviews, etc.

+ Help with sales initiatives from providing leads through scope/SOW, solution, and developing price estimates

+ Mentor the Salesforce practice team members and take on leadership roles to expand the capabilities of the practice








For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. When/if travel resumes, travel for this role is expected to be 25% or less. Heres What You Need

+ A minimum of 4 years' experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and implementing data migrations

+ A minimum of 6 years' experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations

+ Financial Services industry experience (as a consultant or in a line management function)

+ A demonstrated ability in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software projects (5 years, minimum)

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If you have an Associates Degree , you must have at least 6 years work experience)











Bonus Points If

+ You k now everything there is to know about Health Cloud

+ You k now everything there is to know about Veeva CRM

+ You h ave experience collaborating with medium to large firms that consult on cloud computing issues (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large-scale computing environments, etc.)

+ You a re familiar with multiple implementation standards and Agile methodologies

+ You a re up to speed on programming languages APEX, Visual Force

+ You k now your way around ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE

+ You h ave Salesforce.com Application and System Architect certifications











As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
