SuccessFactors HCM Consultant
Technology Advisors are consulting professionals who advise upon
and work on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle and
provide advisory work for the HR & IT function of organizations.

+ Deconstruct key business
problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex
technology solutions for clients around SuccessFactors HR solutions

+ Create innovative and
differentiated SAP offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market
changes and innovations

+ Deliver advisory services and
leading practices in working closely with clients to implement
SuccessFactors offerings based upon business need

+ Help sell additional work as
part of a team

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum of 3-5 years experience in SuccessFactors
and Association Certification in at least 1 SuccessFactors module in any
of the following:

+ SuccessFactors
Recruiting (RCM)

+ SuccessFactors
Recruiting (ONB)

+ SuccessFactors
Employee Central (EC) particularly in Core HR

+ SuccessFactors
Learning Management System (LMS)

+ SuccessFactors
Talent Management (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning &
Career Development)

+ SuccessFactors

+ SuccessFactors
Workforce Analytics (WFA)

+ Minimum
of 3 years configuration/technical experience with
SAP/SuccessFactors (in functional domains mentioned above) are preferred.

+ 5+ years of HR systems
integration experience, previous experience with SAP HCM on-prem preferred

+ Integration experience of
SuccessFactors to SAP HR On-Prem a plus

+ Minimum of 2-3 end-to-end
SuccessFactors implementation, including hands-on design and configuration

+ Functional expertise in
several HCM areas including organizational management, personnel
administration, payroll, time management, HR reporting, etc.

+ Experience managing teams of
3+, including offshore teams

+ Ability to travel to client
sites on weekly basis (100%)

+ Bachelors Degree

+ Proven ability to work
creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Desire to work in an
information systems environment

+ Ability to facilitate
