You are:


A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Youre in your element using your know-how to solve clients most complex business problems to help their companies do more. Youre as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And youre up for traveling regularly to client sites.





The work:



+ Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP


+ Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs


+ Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)


+ Give clients options for designs using prototypes


+ Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go


+ Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led


+ Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors


+ Pitch in on sales efforts when needed


+ Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise


+ Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Heres what you need:



+ Experience with at least two SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations


+ Minimum 5 year of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting experience


+ A Bachelors Degree



Bonus points if:



+ You know everything there is to know about SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting processes


+ Hands on experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementation of the Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding modules


+ Experience with Recruiting integration with other modules


+ Experience with Recruiting integration with HRIS


+ You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools


+ Youre an ace at managing and delivering projects


+ Youre great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
