As an Accenture
Scientific Informatics Services (ASIS) Consultant you will be exposed to
the technologies and processes that many leading US companies and government
agencies utilize. We offer a generous compensation package consisting of
salary, bonuses and benefits.

Job Description: Facilitates, drives, and coordinates the
upgrade, integration, or migration (infrastructure, software front end, and/or database)
of multiple applications for a client operating in the Drug Discovery, Research
& Early Development domain. Provide some
administration and Tier 2 / Tier 3 user support for applications.

Typically we work at client
sites. Depending on your location, you may travel up to 100 during certain
project phases. Total travel may average around 50%.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's

+ 3 years of IT Systems Support

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Familiar
with aspects of application lifecycle management (scheduling planned
outages, upgrades (product & infrastructure), interfacing with
software vendor).

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

+ Excellent
active listening, written and oral communication skills.

+ Self-starter and a driver who can
get things done and works well without specific guidance.

+ Proven ability to troubleshoot
problems and figure things out when presented with new problems and challenges

+ Familiarity with Change Management
and other ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request
Management, Change Management)

+ Familiarity
with Amazon Web Service (AWS)

+ Experience
working in a cross-functional team environment.

+ Familiarity
with Oracle and SQL Database functionality

+ Scientific
or other laboratory environment background, or experience with scientific

+ Network
administration/troubleshooting experience

+ Technical
writing experience

Strong logical analytical thinking

Ability to troubleshoot and solve
