The Work:
As a Scrum Master/Agile IT Project Manager and team level coach, your responsibilities are to increase adoption, awareness, and overall success of Agile delivery programs at the team level. Additionally, you will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
Heres What You Need:
+ A minimum of 8 years of experience in Program & Project Management & Client Relationship
+ A minimum of 6 years of experience in Management of Agile Programs/Projects and/or Agile Coaching and in core Agile way of working
+ A minimum of 6 years technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization (CI, CD, XP, TDD, etc.).
+ Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 5.1 experience and certification
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)
+ Ability to travel up to 80% as required by the business.

+ CSM is preferred
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
