**Job Description:**



Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join an elite team of software developers and technologists working on a high visibility project. The Scrum Master will design the initial Agile processes and then ensure they are properly run alongside the Government product owner. The Scrum Master will function as a leader and the main coordinator of the team ensuring all deliverables are accurate and on time.



**Responsibilities include:**



+ Ensure project deliverables are accurate and on-time (e.g. documentation, code and software artifacts, user guides etc.).

+ Generating actionable software requirements

+ Leadership, coordination and communication with a disparate team of engineers

+ Implement and control an Agile software development process



**Here's what you need:**



+ Demonstrated leadership qualities through prior experience working with sensitive government customers and technology teams

+ Demonstrated understanding of Agile development processes

+ Demonstrated ability to operate as the primary POC for government customers

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ An active TS/SCI clearance



**Bonus points if you have:**



+ Experience implementing and running a formal Agile software development process

+ Scrum Master or other equivalent certification, or similar formal training

+ Experience working with sensitive intelligence community customers

+ Demonstrated experience working on or with software development teams

+ Experience with the software accreditation process

+ Familiarity with classified cloud platforms



**Security Clearance:**



+ Active TS/SCI clearance



Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. **Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role**



California: $105,200 - $168,400



Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500



New York City: $121,700 - $168,400



Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
