The Software Product Arch Specialist, in collaboration with project team members, designs, develops, and tests new technologies used in our software products with the intent of communicating the extended use of those technologies through our SDK and API products. The Specialist will engage in the design and development of documentation, the design and development of curriculum for training on the use of these technologies, and the implementation of training packages, both in person and through various media. The Specialist will also be responsible for assisting SDK and API customers with designing their solutions using the most appropriate technologies available to them from our suite of SDK and API extensibility points. In addition, the Specialist will assist our internal resources in learning best practices for custom client work and adherence to submission and development standards. Finally, the Specialist will assist in the on going evaluation of submissions as we move to an automated submission process.

- Minimum 5 years Product Management Experience

- Minimum 5 years Executive Communication Experience

- Minimum 5 years Business Analysis and Design Experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Exceptions will be considered

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Work on multiple projects concurrently

- Ability to design and implement process and best practice solutions to a wide variety of problems.
