+ Java Developer working in a Scaled Agile environment are expected to work directly with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and design deliver complex solutions. They are responsible for utilizing best practices in order to ensure high quality software solutions. The team owns some of the most critical, high volume applications built on mulit tier Spring architectures.


+ Rapid Design Implementation of Complex Solutions


+ Provide feedback in code reviews for improvements


+ High Energy Collaborative working style


+ Ability to pick up new technologies quickly


+ Bring improvement ideas to the team and be capable of driving the execution implementation









Basic Qualifications:



+ Minimum 7 years of enterprise Java experience


+ Minimum 7 yrs of experience in Java development with a focus on Spring framework


+ Minimum 2 yrs of exp building REST services to support Customer Facing UI as well as integrating with back-end SOAP REST based web services


+ Associate's Degree





Preferred Qualifications:



+ Experience working on high volume applications


+ Experience in server-side frameworks like Spring MVC


+ Experience building restful web services


+ Experience in latest front-end technologies like handlebars, foundation, and ReactJS


+ Experience in performance tuning with good understanding JVM internals


+ Experience in modern JVM languages like groovy


+ Prior open-source contributions


+ Background in mathematics or statistics


+ Proven task management and leadership skills


+ Experience working in agile teams


+ Experience with JavaScript technologies is a big plus.





Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
