We are looking for an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our organization as a Record-to-Report Lead supporting a leading hospitality company. Youll be responsible for leading a team that prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial reports for our client as well as drive best practices regarding controls and enforcing accounting policies and procedures across the organization. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of accounting policies, auditing, and best practices to financial and accounting procedures. You should also be able to monitor daily transactions and recommend ways we can improve our financial health.





Basic Qualifications





+ Minimum of 7 years of Finance and Accounting experience



+ CPA or currently sitting for the CPA exam



+ Bachelors Degree



+ Minimum of 3 years managing teams





Preferred Qualifications





+ Experience in the travel industry and leading engagements and or teams



+ BPO or BPS experience



+ Public Accounting experience
