Position Title: Service Delivery Operations Manager (Multiple Positions)





Responsibilities:


Service Delivery Operations Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Assign all work assignments, commit team(s) to work, manage the quality of their work, manage the team's financials and mix to targets, and drive the overall people management within the team. May manage service delivery team leads. Empower resources to work and agree on deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, scope and other required operating metrics. Assign team resources to work on communicating allocated budget, schedule, macro approach, and deliverables. Make decisions for the team and ensure the team creates deliverables on budget, on schedule, and with appropriate quality. Track and provide team status using standard templates and actively participate in appropriate internal and external status meetings. Work with other delivery managers and project managers to ensure the Client Service Team/Service Delivery Team understands their accountabilities towards delivery and to work across the teams as needed. Be a Subject Matter Expert on Licensing Accounting and Royalties Accounting. Understand the complexities of international tax models and agent accounting.




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Must have a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Econometrics, Mathematics, Commerce, Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in Business Operations. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in Business Operations.





ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in Operational Management, Business Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions.





Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in SAP Enterprise Systems - FI/CO Sub Ledgers, Employee Management, Workforce Management and work allocation distribution, and Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end Finance processes.





Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in Licensing Accounting, international tax and trading models, and Agent distribution models.





Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
