Act as a product SME Subject Matter Expert for internal service escalations with the Enterprise Lending Center ELC Mortgage Cadence Platform MCP and Services Center Platform SC for multiple departments. Analyze, create and coordinate product fixes including fixes between platforms such as ELC MCP and Services Center. Monitor vendor communications for potential changes to the Mortgage Cadence system and working with vendors, product owners, and other departments on the best course for any needed changes. Ensure necessary support documentation is created for new service and interface products. Help ensure interface and service setup checklists are created, curated and maintained.







+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a successful and professional service analyst role



+ Minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint



+ Minimum of 1 year experience in Development Requirement Management Tools SQL, XML, ADO



+ Minimum of 1 year experience with XML, data field mapping, and technical support
