Supported by approximately 8,500 Accenture people skilled in ServiceNow, the business group brings together dedicated professionals from both organizations with expertise in transformational workflow and platform development, marketing, sales, and business development across numerous priority industries. The business group will develop advanced industry and domain-focused solutions designed to deliver tangible, positive outcomes for clients at scale.

A new kind of seller to help lead a shift in the way we bring services to market. Join a first-of-its-kind sales team at Accenture geared towards innovating the way we align major cloud partner services with the right client audience.







As a Market Development executive in the ServiceNow Business Group, you will be focused on Identifying and qualifying new services opportunities by advising our account teams on how to harness the potential of ServiceNow to solve our clients biggest strategic priorities. To be successful in this role, you will need to be adept at developing go-to-market plans, navigating strategic conversations, managing multiple stakeholders, growing sales pipeline, and building relationships across a large, diverse organization. You will be part of a broader community of market development professionals and supported by the broader ServiceNow team.







The Work:





+ Sales Origination: Conduct sales origination activities, including the execution of joint account planning sessions between Accenture and ServiceNow to identify new opportunity areas. Execute on these opportunities alongside sales origination and sales capture teams. Facilitate and execute demand generation activities internal and joint enablement sessions, briefings and events to develop qualified pipeline.

+ Relationship Management: Develop ServiceNow and Accenture executive and field sales level relationships to align teams and grow market share of Accenture-ServiceNow collaborative business (co-sell), as well as to bring Accentures ServiceNow strategy effectively to the field.

+ Education & Evangelism: Master Accentures ServiceNow growth strategy. Align this strategy with regional business opportunities and evangelize key messages to the field. Educate both Accenture and ServiceNow on new go-to-market (GTM) offerings, assets, and differentiators to increase win rates and grow sales.

+ Client Alignment & Field Engagement: Work across Accentures organization and the ServiceNow organization to connect the right SMEs with the right opportunities.

+ Pipeline Tracking & Reporting Rigorously documenting work within Salesforce.com











For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Heres what you need:

+ 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales execution, channel sales, and/or sales enablement

+ 3+ years of experience selling software or cloud services

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience















Bonus points if:





+ Experience working with partners and cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities

+ Experience sourcing multimillion-dollar sales opportunities in software or services Experience working alongside ServiceNow with focused experience in partner strategy and sales

+ ServiceNow certifications or accreditations

+ Industry experience Financial Services or Telecommunications

+ Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

+ Experience selling large consulting services and/or proven track record in a solution selling environment
