You are:




A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.


The work:



+ Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.


+ Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices.


+ Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.


+ Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.


+ Able to travel Monday-Thursday (as required) post COVID travel considerations/concerns (as currently much of our work is virtual)

+ As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is {{$135,000 to $220,999}} and information on benefits offered is here. Here's what you need:



+ Minimum of 5 years in a consultative sales role


+ Minimum of 5 years selling and solutioning technology related professional services and/or outsourcing deals to large enterprise customers (ex. Fortune Global 500)


+ Minimum of 5 years Sales Pursuit Managementexperience


+ Minimum of 3 years experience selling to large enterprise customers (ex. Fortune Global 500) in Energy, Utilities, Chemicals & Natural Resources verticals.


+ Minimum of 5 years experience being directly responsible for meeting and delivering an individual annual sales quota





Bonus points if you have:



+ Experience selling ServiceNow solutions with a strong understanding of the trends related to the industry (technical & non-technical).


+ Sold technology solutions and engaging in technical related discussion as part of the sales cycle.


+ Experience meeting and exceeding individual sales targets greater than $20MM annually



Professional Qualifications:



+ Prefer someone with experience developing, maintaining and obtaining meetings with new and existing C-Level relationships


+ Experience working within a large, heavily matrixed company environment.


+ Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.


+ Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.


+ Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.


+ High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure.


+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.


+ Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.


+ Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character.
