Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: Services Marketing + Communications,
Planning and Operations Lead

is looking for a self-starter who is excellent with budget management, is
meticulous with finances and has strong Human Resource (HR) and operations
acumen. As important, we want a strategic thinker who loves to brainstorm and
solve challenges with strong process focus. The ideal candidate will also bring
creativity and innovation to their work every day with an interest in marketing
and communications.

You will work directly with our Services Marketing Director
as a trusted advisor focused on strategic planning to ensure alignment to business
and marketing objectives, resource and financial management, and executive
level reporting.

While there will never be a typical day at Accenture, heres
a look at some of your responsibilities:


+ Interface
and contact person between Group Lead, Finance and Services Team & Ops Leads

+ Monitor and
ensure Services stays on financial plan

+ Set up for
FY Planning, framework and communication cascade to ensure that planning runs

+ Support
special requests such as meeting saving targets, headcount forecast, WBS openings, cost
center controls etc.


+ Set up Leadership Team Meetings, prepare and follow up with agenda, requests and potential future

+ Track and
analyze different Workstreams like Budgets, Payroll, P+P, Best Practice
Marketing Programs

+ Support
Group Lead requests as they occur

+ Attend all
M+C Planning & Operations Lead calls, represent Services point of view and
actively participate in/lead M+C process improvements in Services

+ Work closely
with other cross-Services team members and team operations leads to support
group objectives

+ Interface
and contact person between Group Leads, HR and team leads

+ With HR,
drive promotion process in Services

+ Ensure Services
Workday, Roles Blueprint and organization charts are accurate, up to date

+ Own the New
Joiner Process for the Services group

+ Integrated
Planning Champion, MMS and BrandMaker Reporting and Analytics

+ Summit

+ Group
specific Learning agenda needs

+ Others, as
identified by the Group Lead

Human Resource Responsibilities


YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent years of experience

+ Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of business experience, working in a complex organization, ideally in a marketing environment but with a focus/interest in marketing operations excellence

+ Great PowerPoint/ Excel skills

+ Appetite to familiarize yourself with what the Services group does so you can best represent our collective voice and influence on our behalf

+ Takes point and leads

+ Willing to roll up sleeves and get in the trenches when necessary

+ Ability to troubleshoot and get in front of potential issues

+ Can industrialize activities that are unique to Services, and optimize processes vs adding more

+ Supports connectivity and relationships across the team

+ Helps reduce work of lesser return

+ Simplifies the complex

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Virtual role, working from home or local office may need to travel on occasion for meetings once travel is reinstated
