As a Salesforce.comTechnology Consulting Manager, youll often be:

+ Orchestrating assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities in the current state of our clients and how these can be addressed throughSalesforce.comcloud offerings Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Einstein Analytics

+ Managing business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients while working at client programs

+ Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

+ Developing, utilizing and sharing your growing skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance

+ Leading in the design and implementation of seamless and enriched end to end customer service experiences

+ Designing and implementing customer loyalty retention programs, smart service and marketing traffic generation

+ Engaging with and helping to shape the agenda of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelors Degree

+ Willing to meet travel requirements of up to 75%

+ Minimum 3 years of functional Salesforce experience

+ Minimum 5 years of Sales Services, Business Process, or Business Consulting

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience within one or more of the Consumer Products, Life Sciences, and Retail industries

+ 2 Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Implementations

+ 1 Lightning Implementations

+ Preferred Marketing Cloud experience

+ 2 SFDC Certifications

+ Scoping and delivering innovative transformation services

+ Application of Design Thinking as an approach to solving client problems

+ Multiple delivery methodologies operating models that support Sales Customer service transformation

+ Enterprise integration solutions and offerings

+ Delivering an excellent Omni-Channel experience for customers

+ Experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project life-cycle

Professional Skill Requirements

+ An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner

+ An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable time-frame

+ Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others

+ Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
