You Are:




Accenture is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Sourcing Execution Senior Analyst in our Facilities Practice. You will work with Accenture team members and customers in the execution of projects that help customers achieve significant value in the form of improved pricing, quality, delivery, supplier performance and other aspects of total cost. Some of your daily activities may focus on data management, supplier management or project management.




The Work:

+ Identify cost productivity improvement opportunities in spending across a wide array of leading companies and industries

+ Support sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution, leveraging and Agile approach to drive efficiency in execution

+ Provide industry and supplier research, market intelligence and financial analyses to client.

+ Support development of market insights from cross client sourcing activity and collaborate with Facilities Practice advisors to develop content that enables knowledge sharing across the organization.

+ Work collaboratively with suppliers and customer stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost, process and service improvement projects

+ Leverage technology sourcing best practices with a special emphasis on technology market trends and insights, commercial structure assessment, negotiation strategies and contracting best practice

+ Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, leveraging supply market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements

+ Assist in the reporting of category specific savings results to customers

+ Support problem-solving and issue resolution efforts to support customer satisfaction

+ Develop solid working relationships with customer stakeholders at both the corporate and business unit level Interface with customer stakeholders and project teams to facilitate progress

+ Provide analytical support for necessary re-sourcing activities to maintain the competitiveness of category contracts






Heres What You Need:

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, sourcing procurement supply chain management function

+ Minimum of 1 years of strategic sourcing, category management, and or professional industry experience related to at least ONE of the following sub category areas:

+ Cleaning Services

+ Design Workplace Services

+ Fit out Refurbishment

+ Food Services

+ Furniture

+ Grounds Maintenance Landscaping, Snow removal

+ Integrated Facilities Management

+ Office Services

+ Real Estate Services Brokerage

+ Security Services Manned and Systems

+ Waste Environmental Hazardous, Non hazardous, pest control






Bonus Points:

+ Post-graduate degree preferred

+ Experience working with customers and suppliers

+ Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel) and presentation software (i.e. PowerPoint)

+ Formal training and/or experience in strategic sourcing and or category management






Professional Skills:

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Desire to work in an information systems environment

+ Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills






Travel Requirements:

+ This position requires travel of approximately 10% to support client projects or continuing education









As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $63, 500 $94,700 and information on benefits offered is here.
