Job Description


The Global Sourcing COE at Accenture has a unique opportunity to join a growing, agile, innovative team as a Strategic Projects Sourcer. As a Sourcer on our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and attracting diverse talent to support the growth of Accentures Strategic Growth Priority (SGP) areas globally. In this role focused on North America, you will become involved when SGPs are announced, prior to a formal hiring plan being confirmed. You will partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand target profiles, skills, and locations while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing and diverse talent. You will proactively assess candidates with a talent led approach for our SGPs, with a sharp focus on Employee Referrals. Once demand has been confirmed and the SGP transitions to the local Recruiting teams, youll be responsible for enabling those teams with relevant market research, talent mapping, competitor and candidate lists.

What Would You Do?

+ Support 1-2 Strategic Growth Priority Areas at any given time (est. 2-3 SGPs/year)

+ Create market intelligence blueprints to influence talent strategies

+ Support the creation of presentations to showcase research findings as well as provide input at senior stakeholder meetings

+ Engage with senior level leaders regularly to understand specific profile/skill/location requirements

+ Discover and utilize effective and sustainable diverse talent channels to identify and engage world class talent utilizing a talent led approach

+ Provide world class candidate experience to candidates/prospects/referrals and be the ambassador/custodian of Accentures Talent brand

+ Provide feedback and updates on candidates to hiring managers, referrers, and directly to candidates

+ Use recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation

+ Enable local Recruiters with talent mapping, target competitors, and candidates lists when demand has been confirmed and the SGP is transitioned to the appropriate local countries

Who Do We Need?

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3 years sourcing experience in agency and/or corporate environment

+ Minimum of 2 years of proven ability to effectively manage multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment

+ Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sourcing for passive candidates using LinkedIn and nontraditional tools

Preferred Qualifications: Bonus points if:

+ You have experience sourcing for a consulting organization

+ You have demonstrated the ability to deliver a balance of quality and quantity in candidate pipeline

+ You have knowledge of information technology and applicant tracking systems, as well as various methods of creative Internet sourcing (e.g., blogs, social and professional networking sites, Boolean search logic, search modifiers, etc.)

Professional Skills:

+ You have a proven ability to manage a robust candidate pipeline in order to support a variety of roles

+ Desire and ability to drive innovative techniques and processes across recruiting streams

+ Strong organizational skills, including time management and multitasking.

+ Ability to find solutions and "get things done" mindset

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
