Youve got the skills, tools and know-how to help companies remake themselves from top-to-bottom to be more nimble, more capable and more productive. You also know that clients need a strong team to help them and you know how to build teams that work. You are comfortable with ambiguity and know how to create something out of nothing. You are resourceful driver and a storyteller with proven experience in Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. You know Inclusion, Diversity & Equity is not only an HR conversation but is infused through the entire organization and across all strategies in the organization.



The work:





+ Have meaningful and action-oriented conversations with our clients with ability to identify opportunities where Accenture can impact a clients Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity agenda



+ Develop strong client relationship and become a trusted advisor.



+ Deliver client value.



+ Help clients through the transformation process that will make their companies more capable



+ Develop inclusive human-centered strategies for change that are agile, and ready for the digital world



+ Recognize that Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity is embedded in the entire business life cycle and identify opportunities to improve the Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity impact across all areas of our clients business.



+ Support the translation of strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic I&D strategies.



+ Design agile strategies that will help companies change their I&D culture and the way they do everything while preparing them for the future



+ Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:



+ Predictive analytics



+ Engagement, collaboration and facilitation tools like Mentimeter/ThinkTank



+ Experience design using personas and informed by organizational analytics



+ Help clients transform their companies into resilient and inclusive organizations comfortable with redirection and ambiguity



+ Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships



+ Build our Talent & Organization practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management





Travel For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Heres what you need:





+ At least 7 years managing one of the following areas in a corporate setting: Inclusion & Diversity Strategy, Pay Equity and/or Equity with proven impact in I&D processes and metrics.



+ Proven experience drawing insights from the I&D data and creating I&D strategies anchored to I&D data.



+ A Bachelors Degree



+ Previous Management Consulting Experience





Bonus points if:





+ Masters Degree



+ You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out Talent strategies and processes
