Corporate Functions Marketing + Communications


As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.





YOUR ROLE: SC&O Content/Integration







We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly capable marketer to join the Supply Chain and Operations (SC&O) Function Consulting Marketing & Communication team. SC&O sits within Accentures Strategy & Consulting (S&C) group who are responsible for shaping the global strategy that enables Accenture to be a world leader and an authority on innovation, disruption and what it takes to lead in the New.





Working alongside the S&C SC&O Senior Marketing Manager you will design and deliver global programs that support the SC&O agenda and ultimately help clients to adapt at speed and scale to drive sustained growth. This is a true cross Accenture role where collaborating within the Enterprise Function Network with Service Groups and Market Groups marketers will be key to ensuring successful uptake and amplification of our SC&O C-suite narrative, driving a consistent and differentiated voice in the market.





Our ideal candidate will have broad content marketing expertise and experience delivering cutting-edge programs for internal audiences, and external C-suite decision makers. A key component of the role is helping to position our ability to be the trusted advisor to the CSCO/COO/CPO, Supply Chain and Operations function. Therefore, experience shaping executive-level narratives and delivering programs that target this audience is a plus.





It is also important that the candidate is comfortable working at both a strategic and hands on level with a proven track record in successfully pivoting between the two when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and experience in B2B marketing services, as well as Accentures end-to-end value model. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and a high-level of comfort handling multiple projects at any one time. The candidate should be comfortable working at speed and constantly reprioritizing losing focus on attention to detail.





Candidates will also need to demonstrate integrated planning experience and an understanding of demand generation techniques and customer advocacy and market awareness initiatives that will deliver the best results within time and budget.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ POSITION DETAILS




+ Execution of a marketing and communications strategy to drive the SC&O function agenda


+ Coordinate the integrated global launch of signature programs


+ Program/campaign management and execution


+ Ensure messages are clear and impactful and consistent across all channels


+ Working with teams across the company to identify and support opportunities to amplify SC&O content


+ Managing ecosystem relationships to build co-marketing programs


+ Content development and dissemination through multiple client touchpoints


+ Event deliverable development


+ Video/audio/asset creation


+ Storytelling/copy writing


+ Performance reporting and measuring impact to continuously optimize campaigns and their execution


+ Special projects which may span the Enterprise Function Network marketing agenda


+ Adhere to applicable policies and procedures


+ Client case story development






YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications




+ Bachelor's Degree or other University Degree


+ Minimum of 7 years professional services and B2B marketing experience






Preferred Qualifications



+ Extensive experience across the full marketing mix, developing programs specially targeted at helping CSCO/COOs and other Function leaders to drive sustained growth.


+ Understanding of Accentures full suite of businesses and operating groups.


+ Strong track record of global client-facing campaign ownership and success in return on investment


+ Developing and executing marketing plans that are informed by data, dont default to following the beaten path and, most importantly, deliver impact


+ Highly collaborative working style, bringing together different parts of the business to design campaigns for maximize impact


+ Substantial experience of stakeholder engagement working in complex organizations


+ Able to demonstrate strong project management capability


+ Developing engaging storytelling and strategic plans through use of PowerPoint
