You are:

A fulfillment expert with the experience to help companies get the most from their omni channel and transformational vision, specifically in fulfillment, last mile delivery and cost optimization. Omni channel is about consistency of experience and creating convenience at every touchpoint while establishing a single view of the customer. Youve got the practical experience and analysis skills to make help bring this to life to client, so companies can keep their customers satisfied and their bottom line healthy. You also have the communications and personal skills to make sure clients understand your ideas and plans. And your experience means people look to you for guidance and leadership when its time to take plans off the drawing board and put them to work in real life.

The work:

+ Assess future solutions to help clients optimize fulfillment

+ Persuade senior clients and Accenture managers why alternate approaches may be needed

+ Decide which methods and procedures to use when completing projects

+ Work alone or manage diverse small-to-medium sized teams as needed, either at the client or at Accenture

+ Make sure that projects help clients meet their important goals

+ Be ready to challenge old ways of doing things

+ Experience in the latest technology to help clients:

+ Assess Omni Channel order fulfilment optimization

+ Improve inventory optimization

+ Assess order commitment (assessing constraints and fulfilment options)

+ Integrate with the wider Omni Channel journey

+ Give clients useful insights into their options on how to introduce Dynamic real-time, Machine Learning based decisions to fulfil orders to meet the expectations to our customer s

+ Craft fulfillment and order management strategies to match overall service levels and reduce the clients costs along the supply chain

+ Lead workshops that look for ways to improve manufacturing organizations and processes


For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Heres what you need:

+ At least 5 years experience in fulfillment, logistics and Order management/Distributed Order management

+ At least 3 years working as a consultant

+ A Bachelors Degree

+ Youve worked on large omni channel transformation programs

Bonus points if:

+ Platform experience with Blue Yonder, Manhattan, IBM Sterling

+ You can spot where to find new value in Omni channel order fulfilment and inventory optimization and explain it simply

+ You can find and explain ways for clients to add value to their organizations

+ You know your way around transportation master data, transportation management systems (TMSs), and network optimization principles
