People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

The Supply Chain Quality Engineer will assume responsibilities for ensuring process designs, controls, and systems are adequately defined, implemented and sustained such that process outcomes and product outputs consistently meet specifications, customer expectations, and are achieved under budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and drive continuous improvement efforts using operational excellence methods and through formal corrective actions
Apply root cause analyses methodologies to properly diagnose process failures
Initiate innovations that will improve process capabilities and efficiencies
Identify and develop critical metrics throughout the operation
Apply graphical methods when summarizing critical metrics
Establish a schedule to present the data to all stakeholders
Routinely monitor performance across the organization and intervene when performance indicators do not meet established targets and thresholds
Subject matter expertise throughout the inbound and outbound operations for all relevant products, programs and services

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality process management

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in all phases of supply chain, production with broad knowledge of related industries
Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Practices and Methodologies
Undergraduate Technical or Business Degree
Understanding of performance analyses, process mapping and process improvement tools and techniques
Professional Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communications skills speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
Writes clearly and informatively, listens and provides clarification
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Synthesizes complex or diverse information
Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize
Strong Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint skills
Experience using Windows, Microsoft Office and Minitab
