**Job Description:**



Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Systems Administer to join their software development team that provides application development and support to a tool that provides disseminatable data to be conveyed at the absolute first point of relevance allowing mission analytic users to view existing data or contribute new information in a collaborative environment.



**Responsibilities include** :



+ Derive an understanding of system requirements from stakeholder needs

+ Responsible for end-to-end development environments

+ Establish and follow a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces

+ Capture all interface designs in a common interface control format, and store interface data in a commonly accessible repository

+ Appling system engineering principles in the development of system requirements, functional requirements and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components



**Here's what you need:**



+ 14+ years experience with:

+ Providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting system requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and perform technical assessment

+ Implementing operational view, technical standards view, and system and services view for architectures using applicable DoDAF standards.

+ Reviewing and/or approving system engineering documentation ensuring that processes and specifications meet system needs and are accurate, comprehensive, and complete

+ Developing system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents

+ Managing and ensuring the technical integrity of the system baseline, continually updating as various changes are imposed on the system during the lifecycle from development through deployment and operations & maintenance

+ Developing scenarios (threads) and an Operational Concept that describes the interactions between the system, the user, and the environment, that satisfies operational, support, and maintenance, and disposal needs

+ A Bachelors degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science,Engineering Management or related discipline

+ Five (5) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree



**Bonus points if you have:**



+ Experience as an Agile SCRUM Master

+ Experience working in an Agile software development environment

+ Experience generating technical documentation

+ Experience using with Jira and Confluence



**Security Clearance:**



+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph



Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. **Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role**



California: $105,200 - $168,400



Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500



New York City: $121,700 - $168,400



Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
