Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.




Responsibilities

+ Work collaboratively with the sales team and Advertis ing partners when issues occur in their technical setup of advertising solutions to review and identify issues and propose solutions

+ Provide support to Advertisers experiencing issues with technical setup and operation of their advertising solution on the social media platform

+ Maintain a knowledge store of common issues and FAQs to facilitate fast resolution of technical issues for Advertisers

+ Suggest and implement ways to reduce technical set up issues and improve speed of Advertising solution setup

+ Tag Troubleshooting: Conversion, Retargeting, Dynamic Retargeting, Tag Manager, Analytics

+ Tag implementation,creating, validating and testingcustomtagsthrough GTM

+ Audit existing set-up and recommend bestpracticesbasedonimplementation including Events, etc.

+ Identify and recommend goals and set these up within tools like Google Analytics







This is a Hybrid role working out of the Atlanta, GA office.






Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2 years of experience with online advertising productsand with ( Google ) Analytics & ( Google ) Tag Manager






Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelors Degree

+ Hands on experience with Google Measurement Protocol or other similar relevant technology set

+ Experience of enhanced e-commercesolutions such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce

+ HTTP/PHP skills, familiarity with WEBservicesand HTML, CSS, JavaScript

+ Excellent Analytical skills, problem solving mindset






Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
