Job Description



Talent Connectors help our projects build the best teams by connecting ideal candidates to open project roles. Talent Connectors are deeply familiar with open staffing roles in their business area and identify best fit candidates from across Accenture using peoples skills to match them with role opportunities. Talent Connectors are focused on both helping projects achieve business outcomes and helping our people fulfill their aspirations.



Key Responsibilities:





+ Act as key point of contact for Workday project executives regarding all internal role (demand) fulfillment; Workday is fractionally staffed where one person can work on multiple projects part time - the staffing protocols and tools are specific to the Workday practice



+ Stay up-to-date and work on open roles coming from PSA (Workday demand and supply forecasting tool) to connect qualified people to the open roles



+ Screen internal resumes and skills information to match best-fit candidates to internal demand



+ Connect with Workday project executives to understand their skill needs, details of the role, and timing to advise their candidate decisions



+ Build and leverage knowledge of Workday skills and demand to advise the Workday practice on pending staffing opportunities and/or painpoints



+ Work with the HR Partners to better understand our peoples skills, aspirations, and availability to be staffed on open roles



+ Run reports to monitor demand levels, supply levels of our people and help ensure high quality, accurate data for all roles assigned to you



+ Monitor key staffing metrics and collaborate with the Talent Connector team to address gaps







Basic Qualifications:





+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience



+ Minimum of 2 years of work experience





Preferred Qualifications:





+ Degree preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management



+ Prior consulting experience or HR/Talent Acquisition experience



+ Experience working with large, fast paced organizations



+ Excel and Analytics skills





Professional Skill Requirements:





+ Effective communication and relationship management skills



+ Problem solving/research



+ Customer service/customer relationship management



+ Advanced English level (MANDATORY)



+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian



+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
