Job Description:

The candidate for this role of Talent Research Associate Manager should exemplify a deep understanding of and interest in the talent space and the impact HR and organizational design has on companies across multiple industries with a focus on emerging future of work research topics. Candidates coming from academia will be considered a plus. The Talent Research Associate Manager would help design and execute research projects working with others across Accenture Research, even outside North America, and clients. The candidate would also influence key internal stakeholders and decision-makers by providing actionable insights related to our talent research agenda. Accenture Research and the leadership of the Talent & Organization Practice have been working closely together to design and execute a world-class research agenda to help C-suite executives make better talent decisions while also positioning Accenture as an undisputed thought-leader on workforce topics. Our latest research projects include creating a ground-breaking model on how the C-suite can leave people Net Better Off, bringing to make a perspective on how to elevate workforce strategy in the boardroom and most recently how to ensure people have the right digital environments to accelerate their adoption of digital skills. The fundamental starting point for all our research projects is, how do we unlock human ingenuity?

Specifically, the Talent Researcher Associate Manager will: Go-to subject matter expert related to change management, workforce transformation and a deep understanding of what it takes to unlock human potential in todays dynamic environments Collaborate in raising awareness and understanding of talent-related research tools, surveys, and outputs in Accenture and Accenture Research and continuously interact and collaborate with Accenture and external experts on the topic of talent. Develop research projects and present them to our stakeholders to generate interest in our topics and help bring our latest thinking into client opportunities, including presenting on talent topics at external events To integrate value-adding research skills related to Design Thinking to most effectively co-create with clients and other partners of the Innovation Architecture

Basic Qualifications:

+ At least a post-graduate degree, with solid evidence of research experience. Knowledge of talent, leadership and organizational psychology & behavior areas would be considered a significant advantage, especially in terms of executed related primary and/or secondary research in that regard.

+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Any additional certificates related to people analytics or data science would be a plus but not required.

+ Experience with data science and visualization and design thinking as well as public speaking

+ Worked with a start-up, global / large private corporation or institution, research think tank or recognized research provider or design company

+ Presented to senior stakeholders

+ Collaborated in a team of researchers, using research tools and methodologies, including on a virtual basis

Professional Skills:

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
