and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into

The Team Lead Content Review is responsible for daily
supervision of a team and includes the management of customer interactions to
increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality.





Role Responsibilities



+ Operates as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation
point for issues resolution and customer escalations


+ Manages effective internal and external client relationships
within a defined area of responsibility


+ Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work
directly related to management policies and the general operations of the
business


+ Assigns all work assignments, commits the team to the work,
manages the quality of the work and drives the people management activities
within the team


+ Makes decisions about the day to day operations of the
group, including management of work assignments and information between shifts
as well as approach regarding workload, equipment, staffing and scheduling;
this includes adjusting work hours as necessary to meet deadlines, overtime,
evening and weekend hours


+ Manages workloads to ensure even distribution of
responsibilities and provides development opportunities


+ Performs and/or ensures completion of quality review check
on outgoing work, proof data entry, correspondence and other tasks within
immediate team to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency


+ Identifies and assists with development of support materials
for team use, such as training manuals, job aids and views in databases


+ Prepares, analyzes and interprets complex reports and
formulates conclusions


+ Acts as technical and functional resource and SME for team
members, peers and/or clients


+ Has schedule flexibility to lead a team that operates over
the weekend










Basic
Qualifications



+ Minimum 1 year experience in an Operations environment


+ Minimum
6 months of experience in a supervisory role



Preferred
Qualifications



+ Bachelors degree


+ Reporting and analytics experience


+ Active user of social media platforms


+ Experience with escalation management and managing projects
to established SLAs




Professional Skill Requirements



+ Ability to multitask in several
computer systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products


+ Excellent written and verbal
communication


+ Highly motivated and hard working
with ability to think clearly under pressure


+ Takes initiative to proactively
identify and solve problems


+ Strong attention to detail with
critical thinking skills


+ Ability to work individually and
collaboratively in a fast paced setting


+ Passion for ensuring high quality
product experiences
