Teams Support Engineer

The Teams Support Engineer will:





+ Provide operational readiness activities aligned to Microsoft Teams and potentially supporting services such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business



+ Have the capability to help clients structure, plan, estimate, deliver, deploy and operate the Teams services, cloud connectivity, and network infrastructures supporting an enterprise architecture



+ Conduct requirements gathering for design, development and deployment of a platform or product ensuring adequate resiliency



+ Provide Day to Day operations support



+ Set up the Teams Org.wide policies & configuration



+ Perform Enterprise voice integration & setup with MS Teams



+ Setup Co-existence Mode



+ Build technical artifacts for Engineering and operational teams





For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Basic Qualifications:





+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience



+ ITIL V3 Certified



+ Microsoft 365 Certified





Professional Qualifications:





+ Deep knowledge and Experience with managing MS Teams



+ Expert level knowledge in Voice services, MS teams Enterprise voice, Office 365 Platform services in SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for business



+ Deep experience with Azure AD Group, O365 license management and O365 Groups



+ Exposure to O365 Guest Access and Third-party integration



+ Platform Expertise using Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow and O365 Groups



+ Technical expertise in Lync, Skype for Business and Collaboration tools.



+ Extensive knowledge on AAD connect and ADFS.



+ Experience with working with global delivery across multiple geographies



+ Experience leading governance with internal teams and clients including VP level stakeholders



+ Strong written and verbal skills to work with delivery and leadership team members





Preferred Skills:





+ Flexible to work in 24/7 shift.



+ Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback.



+ React quickly to changing business conditions.
