About the Role

As a Technical Innovation Lead, you will:

+ Design and manage the technical solution for innovative systems and applications

+ Build reusable assets like reference architectures or points of view on emerging technologies and their development lifecycle

+ Work with clients to understand their existing technical landscape and how innovative emerging tech can drive value

+ Provide guidance and support for the development team relating to the architectural components of the solution

+ Participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospective

+ Drive client sprint demos alongside the scrum team

+ Coach and mentor more junior members of the team

Basic Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development and/or DevOps, as well as Agile development processes

+ 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying systems into production-ready Cloud Native Environments given a set of architecture principles and constraints

+ Demonstrated ability to perform functional and non-functional requirements gathering from internal and external stakeholders

+ Have proven success leading/managing technical/development teams

+ Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Have strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

You will thrive as a Technical Innovation Lead if you:

+ Have knowledge of and/or experience working with emerging technology trends, especially in areas like Deep Learning, Extended Reality, Blockchain and Multi-Party systems, Web3, Robotics, 5G and Edge Computing

+ Are highly experienced in Full Stack Development, working on innovative projects using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks as well as more traditional ones like Java for the backend

+ An AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Pro), Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF or other similar certification

+ Have experience in Personnel Development, Experience hiring, resource planning, and performance feedback

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $197,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
