Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Engineering Manager in Atlanta, GA to manage the delivery of the project to successfully complete all of the clients commissions applications testing efforts, ensuring project team resources are performing their tasks, managing project financials, managing client relationships, reporting status on a recurring basis. S/he will perform the following duties: create Test Artifacts based on the clients business flows; identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content; participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems; perform Test Execution of the applications during scheduled release window ensuring visibility, traceability and control of the testing processes to deliver high-quality; building up and leading the testing Team; defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery; deploying and managing resources for testing; applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team and prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Test Engineering Team Lead, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience in rule based engines, and commissions/compensation system reporting, developing and testing commissions/compensation solutions for the clients salesforce; 5 years of experience managing agile scrum teams and SAFe trains; 5 years of experience in both Agile and Hybrid Agile delivery methods; 5 years of experience in continuous integration & delivery of software utilizing DevSecOps tools including: Jenkins, CDP, Black Duck, and Veracode; and 5 years of experience in creating Automation frameworks and integrating automation suites to CI/CD pipelines utilizing open source test automation tools including: Selenium and Kataloan.
