Job Description

Total Rewards Sales Compensation Administration Manager is responsible for executing leveraged sales compensation programs and tools for sales professionals within Accenture. This includes refining processes, as well as the tools necessary to support the different leveraged Sales Bonus programs.

The Total Rewards Sales Compensation Administration Manager will act in a techno-functional role being the expert in SaaS Compensation Administration tools that are specifically geared for employees in leveraged Sales roles. This role is responsible for vendor reviews, vendor selection, working with internal procurement teams, planning, managing and testing all the functionality of the tool, as well as its integration within broader Total Rewards and Accenture solution footprints.

These include, but are not limited to:

+ Vendor Reviews and Selection for a SaaS Compensation Administration tool that is geared for the administration of Sales professionals.

+ Be the subject matter expert for the Sales Compensation Administration Tool

+ Actively participate in bug and enhancement calls with our internal technology team, as well as the vendor: ensure requirements are complete and accurately reflected, make innovative suggestions to the process, ensure testing efforts are properly planned.

+ Technical documentation creation including, but not limited to, requirements design, test scenarios, system and data flows, file specifications, integration design

+ Testing and oversight of testing

+ Project plan updates in PM software

+ Future roadmap for the Sales Compensation Administration Tool

+ Continuous improvement ideas, the fresher the better

+ Stage gate participation in product cycles and project management gates

+ Establish Relationships with the Global Sales team, MU Service Delivery Reward Teams, Total Rewards Discipline Teams, CIO Delivery and Operations Teams and Vendor Delivery Teams.

+ Review User Acceptance Test Materials and recommend additions/edits; Help execute UAT Test Scripts; review defects after each UAT cycle and ensure resolutions are complete

+ Assist with production issues to diagnose the issue and work with appropriate teams for resolution

+ Help train and coach users of the Sales Compensation Administration Tool

+ Provide additional support for adhoc tasks including tasks that impact the particular TR phase across countries globally and for tasks that pertain to Total Rewards but move beyond the tool/administration (i.e. work with contacts regarding benefits/performance/etc. questions)

Basic Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 3 years of compensation administration experience

+ A minimum of 1 year experience working and understanding the mechanics of leveraged sales compensation programs

+ A minimum of 1 year experience working with compensation systems experience

+ A minimum of 3 years of Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in compensation for Sales professionals

+ Experience Communicating to cross-geographic resources at all levels

+ Propose / Negotiate Solutions and Influence Decisions with Multiple Stakeholders

+ Comfortable Communicating with All Levels of the CIO and HR teams

+ Exposure to Environment with Tight Timelines and Critical Deliverables

+ Excel Skills, PowerPoint Skills, SharePoint skills

+ Exposure to Global System Rollouts on a Global Team with Distributed Resources

+ Workday HCM and/or Core Comp Experience

+ Sales Compensation and/or general HR experience and knowledge

+ Programming experience

+ Past Analytics experience

+ Certification in SaaS offerings

+ Attention to Detail

+ Strong organizational skills

+ A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones

+ As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc)

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
