The Trainer will:

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that coaching, training and mentoring as well as domain expertise on Client specified process and products
Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with leads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available
Produce plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow up as necessary
Monitor, measure and report on RMs training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
Conduct regular assessments to understand teams understanding of the process
Use the results from the assessments to plan refreshers trainings for improvement
Aid the team in improving performance on customer service, team motivation and teamwork
Ensure that the current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, etc.
Ensure that training content is kept up to date based on client feedback
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
Exceptional presentation facilitation skills
Creative critical thinker, self-motivated, adaptable
Able to inspire and motivate others
Feedback and coaching skills
Overseeing global training modules, developing continuity of locations and training materials
Delivering analytics and strategy to client point of contact
Proactive development of training schedule and materials
Tracking and developing training progress of analysts


Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
Minimum of 2 years of Training experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical interpretation of data
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
Bachelors degree
Prior experience working in customer centric environment
Process and domain knowledge with regards to Training Methodologies
People development and feedback coaching
Working within a global organization
Strong ability to multi task
Ownership of training modules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize substantial amounts of information
Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize tasks simultaneously in high pressure environment
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to develop innovative solutions
