The Work

Candidate should have advanced Kronos knowledge and skills, both functional and technical. Candidate should be experienced in configuring the system, writing and maintaining interfaces and creating custom reports. Duties include designing, implementing, and maintaining complex functional and technical design specifications for the Kronos applications and collaborates with operational and technical professionals to design solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Successfully manages to project scope by developing and maintaining project budget, schedule, and timeline

+ Uses best practices and the Accenture Methodology to make certain solutions are implemented on time and on budget, while ensuring that the end result meets the business objectives of the client

+ Acts as the main point of contact for clients; effectively communicates with all levels of the clients organizations from executive sponsor

+ Provides guidance and coaching to project team members and participates in project management office initiatives where applicable

+ Provides subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations Kronos Suite.

+ Creates and Maintains configuration for Kronos and Kronos Interfaces.

+ Gathers, analyzes and identifies requirements for system

+ Designs, develops and analyzes implementation plan based on team requirements

+ Configures the application and workflows with project and functional team

+ Executes unit and integration testing

+ Resolves application problems and troubleshoots end user issues

+ Train, coach, develop materials for functional groups to develop super-user functional leads for scheduling and timekeeping across the organization

+ Sound knowledge of Kronos configuration and implementation processes and components

+ Develop impact assessment for all changes to the application

+ Leverages analytics from the data to facilitate process improvement opportunities

+ In-depth knowledge and ability to analyze, develop, and implement complex Kronos pay rules, security, workforce attendance, and calculated accrual configurations, and administer Kronos Workforce Central application.

+ Kronos Workforce Central knowledge of items such as access profiles, display profiles, Navigators and organizational mapping.

+ Understand, support and configure pay policies, accruals, scheduler, attestation and attendance with varying levels of complexities.

+ Candidate will be familiar with WFC, WIM, Navigators, and Attestation.

+ Responsibilities Essential Functions

+ Establishes and maintains robust working relationships with leaders and end-users within designated support area(s).

+ Collaborates with end users to validate and translate requirements into detailed delivery designs.

+ Validate and confirm new or changed functionalities to ensure customer specifications are met.

+ Maintains system security to ensure data confidentiality.

+ Create complex functional and technical design specifications and collaborates with operational and technical professionals to design solutions

+ Perform workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of Kronos applications.

+ Analyze business processes and activities and recommend improvements to business processes.

+ Create system documentation including business process flows (BPF), test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios, end-user documentation and guides and training materials.

+ Responsible for training users on system use, report capabilities, and limitations.

+ Plans, develops and executes functional, system regression, integration and performance testing.

+ Contacts and works with vendors to resolve complex software issues with delivered functionality.

+ Research vendor products to stay current on new and existing functionality. Considers future product capabilities in current designs.

+ Travels up to 25% to client sites as needed

Here's what you need....

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

+ 10+ years relevant WFM operations experience

Nice to have...

+ Industry knowledge and expertise related to retail workforce management (i.e. Timekeeping, labor models, scheduling, staffing strategy, labor productivity standards, industry pay practices, labor cost management)

+ Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

+ Experience analyzing complex data or facts and summarizing and presenting findings in a compelling way

+ Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting

+ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts

+ Excellent written and verbal communicator

+ Excellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment to both Accenture's and the clients success

+ Ability to maintain a spirit of learning with a positive attitude of receiving feedback and ongoing training

+ Required Bachelors degree

+ Ability to work in a remote work environment with little or no direct supervision

+ Previous experience as a consultant

+ Direct supervisory experience required

+ Experience with SmartSheets

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $148,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
