Job Description
The VCA team is a dedicated group of Accenture professionals that focus on the videoconferencing, infrastructure and endpoints. The team provides high quality, consistent and seamless support of the end-to-end videoconferencing and other collaboration service including configuration, implementation, security, troubleshooting and engineering of infrastructure. The Video and Collaboration Architecture Team is seeking a Videoconference Senior Analyst to assist in maintenance and ongoing improvements of current video collaboration architectures. This includes all aspects of the various architectures products inclusive of new features, security, and the network. The role will require reviewing and discussing vendor product updates, executing regression testing of new software ensuring compatibility across the architecture, testing of new features and updating all relevant architecture and operations documentation. This role will focus on professional testing and will be responsible for the development, planning, execution, and communication training of the test results new features across the support organization. The role requires the ability to be in the Chicago office 3-5 days weekly.


Basic Qualifications
4 or more years of experience with Cisco videoconferencing infrastructure support
4 years of experience with Network route switch Cisco Juniper administration
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Preferred Skill Requirements
VMware experience
Previous Work with products in unified communications technologies such as media gateways, gatekeepers, Telepresence devices, multipoint bridging units, call managers, videoconferencing endpoints and videoconferencing servers
Understanding of network troubleshooting tools and methods
A V, Cyviz, wireless content sharing, or digital signage experience
IoT, collaboration, voice, video, vmware, and IP networking experience

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
