Job Description

As a client-facing CRM Strategy Director for a global
tech brand, you are an unwavering advocate for their customers. You will play a
leadership role in developing data-driven strategies and tactics to improve
customer and business outcomes for a strategic CRM program, and play a hands-on
role in bringing those strategies to life. The ideal candidate will have a deep
combination of CRM, content strategy and channel expertise inclusive of: email,
in-product messaging, social and brand websites. You must demonstrate proven
ability to become the clients trusted advisor from ideation to implementation.

YOUR ROLE: CRM Strategy Director

Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you
are responsible for leveraging customer insights and performance metrics to
inform and develop the CRM program including:

Create business cases for new customer
engagement opportunities, getting buy-in from client stakeholder teams.

Develop and implement evergreen and trigger-based
CRM programs that are aligned to key moments of need within the customers
journey based on insights from analytics and behavior scienceparticularly around
driving product usage and retention.

Support and help define customer journeys,
channels, audience selection criteria and business rules for segmentation.

Provide analysis and recommendations for
triggers and automation and operationalize segment-specific strategies that
increase key performance indicators.

+ Analyze and provide recommendations on client email
list health and segmentation strategy.

Build and execute A/B tests to optimize
communication strategies.

Partner with client innovate on content that
will differentiate the brand and delight customers

Develop creative briefs when necessary.

Update customer messaging frameworks.

Create work plans.

Ensure alignment between
requirements and downstream deliverables.

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ 8+ years CRM, digital, social and analytical experience developing,
deploying, measuring and improving digital CRM strategy in a high-volume
email program.

+ Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field

YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

+ Hands on experience with tools
such as Marketo, Adobe Analytics or Test & Target, or Salesforce Marketing

+ Experience
working with a global tech brand.

marketing to IT decision makers, IT professionals, developers, and business
decision makers across small, medium and enterprise companies.

experience in driving engagement with subscription products and services,
driving product usage and retention marketing.

with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

to synthesize and interpret data and customer insights into successful
marketing strategies.

informing audience segments by leveraging 1st and 3rd
party data.

developing, prioritizing, objectively managing roadmaps and optimization
efforts, balancing both business and user KPIs.

in leading strategy engagements as well as transitioning those engagements into
creative executions.

creative sensibilities and ability to look at all marketing through the eyes of
the customer.

verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

+ Masters Degree in related field

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain
composure under pressure.

Proactive self-starter who can work well independently and as part
of a team.

Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations to customers and
able to navigate complex client needs and diverse personalities.
