+ Support the Benefits/Absence work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality

+ Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements

+ Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure)

+ Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices

+ Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping

+ Configure and test the Workday system

+ Understand and apply Workday andAccenturemethodologies.

+ Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives

+ Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Heres what you need:

+ Existing and up to date Workday Benefits or Absence Certification

+ Experience within Public Sector

+ Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferablywith a large consulting firm

+ A bility to travel up to 80% as required by business






Education Requirement:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience


Bonus Points if:

+ 2 years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workdayimplementer

+ 1 Full lifecycle Workday Implementation

+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment

+ Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

+ Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others






Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

California $63,200 to $169,800


Colorado $63,200 to $146,700


New York - Albany $58,500 to $135,800


New York City $73,100 to $169,800


Washington $67,300 to $156,200
